Registered BS APHA, she's a solid black rabicano (coon tail). She stands 16.1-16.2, is a pretty flowing mover and VERY smooth to ride in all her gaits. This mare is cutting broke and super gentle. She has been ridden in the pasture and goes on a loose rein with a low head carriage at all speeds. She moves off a leg nicely and has a very nice stop. She has a light feel on her face and is easy to correct and put her where you want her. She would fit anyone's ticket, from Mom looking for a nice jackpot horse to the kids playing on her in 4H and gymkhanas to a smooth riding pleasure/trail horse. Nothing spooky or silly about this horse, you won't find a more solid trained and solid minded horse for this low price anywhere especially for her age. This mare can be used for anything from breeding to 4H/gymkhanas to jackpots/rodeo to just a nice all around pleasure riding horse FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!
She is also loping a nice barrel pattern and is very quiet. She goes right back to her low headed walk after a run. She is ready to speed up and have someone go on with her if so inclined. She has been taken through her training nice and slow, was with a cutting trainer for her 2yo year and has been slowly started patterning on the barrels since. She is a really well bred APHA (breeding stock) mare that is out of an own daughter of Fol's Native that is a superior producer and by Future Fortunes and Multiple 1D producing stallion Scenics Symbol- WPRA barrel racer Lisa Ogden has been riding and doing well with lots of his colts. Her sire is an APHA World Champion has 7 ROMS and is a Multiple World Champion and Multiple 1D producer. A 3yo breeding stock filly out of same sire topped the 2003 Oklahoma BFA sale at $12,500 and was out of a mare that had not done or produced much. There is a huge amount of incentives right now in the APHA for breeding stock horses as well. This mare will come paid up in the Future Fortunes Open Incentive, making her eligible for well over $20,000+ in incentive money. And even with all this speed in her pedigree, there is nothing HOT about this mare whatsoever! She's great to be around on her or off her.
