***PRICE REDUCED***We received this mare in a trade for an older gelding and never intended to keep her. Before we got her, she belonged to a young girl who was scared of her. This relationship left "Ginger" with a few bad habits. Since we've gotten her, I've worked with her on the ground as well as in the saddle. Her ground manners have significantly improved and she is very easy to handle on the halter. When under saddle, she is a little bit more of a handful and will require a confident, experienced rider. Her gaits are exceptionally smooth and she can turn on a dime! I have not been able to ride her in the last few months, and she will probably need a refresher course before she is ready for the trails again. All in all, this is a sweet mare with a good attitude. If given the attention she needs, she will make someone an excellent saddle horse. I can email pictures if needed.
